How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
JerkyJunction.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the product. Your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased.
What if I accidentally provided JerkyJunction.com with the wrong ship-to address?
If for some reason you provided JerkyJunction.com with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then yes you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.
What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If your package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
