Q: What kind of jerky products can you co-pack?

We specialize in a wide range of proteins including beef, exotic, wild game and seafood. Whether you’re producing classic beef jerky or launching something unique like python or salmon, we have the experience and capability to make it happen.

Q: Can you run my existing recipe?

Yes! We can run your exact formulation or work with you to develop a custom recipe through our in-house R&D team. Whether it’s your proprietary spice blend or a clean-label formulation, we’re ready to scale it.

Q: Do you help with label approvals and compliance?

Absolutely. We’ve handled hundreds of USDA label submissions and are familiar with both FDA and USDA requirements. We can also support bilingual labeling for export. Need artwork? We offer in-house design and printing too.

Q: What kind of packaging do you offer?

We support a wide variety of packaging formats:

Q: What are your minimums and maximums?

We’re built for flexibility. Whether you’re doing a pilot batch or scaling up to truckload volumes, we can accommodate:

Q: Is your facility certified?

Yes. Our facility is USDA- and FDA certified, built from the ground up for jerky production. We operate under strict food safety protocols, with full traceability, regular audits and HACCP compliance.

Q: How long does it take to get started?

Timeline depends on your readiness (recipe finalized, packaging sourced, labels approved, etc.), but we can typically move quickly. If you need help with those steps, we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Can you make other dried meat snacks, like sticks or bars?

At this time, we specialize in whole muscle jerky, but feel free to reach out if you’re exploring other formats- we may be able to refer you.
